From BBC’s Great British Menu to our kitchen - we’re excited to announce our next Supper Club in collaboration with Avinash (Avi) Shashidhara.
His career includes a decade at The River Café and time at Claude Bosi's Hibiscus.
In 2023, he was a finalist on BBC's Great British Menu, winning the starter course and also appears regularly on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen.
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with an Alfonso Mango Vodka Cocktail. The evening then continues to feature a generous, sharing-style feast celebrating regional Indian flavours — from crunchy chakli and bhel to white missal pau, chicken 65, Coorg pork, chicken liver and beef seekh kebabs, followed by Malvani kekda curry, lamb meatball curry and garlic rice with seasonal greens, finishing with hot jalebi and milk ice cream.
