Chef Bali is highly respected in the culinary world. He has worked at the highest levels in Indian cuisine as well as European and British cuisine.

At KOKUM, Chef Bali has created a menu with the bold flavours of classic Indian cuisine but with a modern twist and unusual ingredients.
